Okay, I will have to wear sackcloth and ashes for adding the 'e'..., just so long as the EFDSS realise they left out the '&' in EFD&SS....but I did say the lady was very helpful, we both laughed about the strange concept of afternoon and evening ticket do not a day ticket make. What was the result of your query?. I already knew she wasn't the one who normally dealt with tickets, for she told me so. So Derek, strictly speaking, shouldn't a 'DAY' ticket include the morning as well, or is that just another 'we all make mistakes moment'??
