GUEST,Harley Sharing sexy musical knowledge-chord charts? (54* d) RE: Free Useful Alternate Chord Charts 17 Apr 07

Y're Welcome! I have experimented with many alternate tunings (eg. Drop D, Open G, DADGAD, etc,). One I used for a while was EADEAE or
Pipe Tuning. I continued my quest for more variables and checked out Open D. I discovered that playing in "Open D tuning" was much more than just barring across the frets. I now use it extensively. You'll discover for yourselves which strings to include with various chords. What's amazing about this tuning, is its simple playability. Its great for celtic, country, rock, and the blues. Utilizing alternate bass licks and melody lines is a breeze.
Use my chord charts! Try it! Hope you like it! Remember to share!
