I have a garden. Lately it was getting to be a chore instead of pleasure so I took up Yoga. I do an early morning yoga/meditation and go to classes twice a week. As a result, I have given up coffee and now enjoy a health breakfast(which I would often skip). All in all, I have a more healthy outlook on life and my body is loving it. My flexibility has improved greatly and now I work in the garden with ease. I also walk a great deal. I sold my car about five years ago.
