No disrespect to Hank Williams, Merle Haggard & Hank Snow, my personal heroes, & many, many, many others, but Jimmie was the daddy of country music played and sung by one man with his acoustic guitar. I choose my words very carefully and, I do agree, they are open to dispute. My humble opinion, and I've been playing and singing country stuff since 1959.
