I'm looking for the lyrics to Bill Steele's song about a long-winded guy in a telephone booth who keeps several other people from doing things. Both the tune and the punchline are "I never will marry."

The song is not on either his long-ago LPs (has he recorded anything since then?), and I haven't found it online.

Any pointers or other help will be greatly appreciated.
