I live in Montpelier Vermont, New England, US, about 2 hours from Montreal CA (If the border isn't difficult) Montpelier is a great little town. It's two main distinctions are that it's the smallest US State capital (8,000 souls)) and it's the only state capital without a MacDonalds. Great food, great books, great movies, nice entertainment, and I can walk to all of it. there is white stuff, but tha's part of the charm, although April snow is a bit much. Mudcatters welcome on the futon, as long as you aren't allergic to cats.
