Pete - Googling is what I tried first. No results apart from Dalbeattie Pheasant Pluckers Folk Club. (Hope I spelt that right) However, I have been ringing the Hotel for 2 days with no answer but have managed to speak to Phyllis Martin who ran the club. Unfortunately she tells me the club hasn't run for over two years. Never mind. First call on arrival is always CD Tourist Information office whose staff are always helpful. Other than that its a solo sing wherever I decide to stop. Watch this space for my return .............
