The open fire cooking at Knockholt is really catching on with great results like the Hog Roast.Sweet tin ovens,Crocks and fish tins.The Thursday night meal based on Eastean cruisine.To watch DK cook his huge sausage (WHICH WAS INDATE AND DID NOT BURN.) was remarkable. Thanks to Caspar the dog who ran off with my sausages has soon has me back was turned. Excellent Music great talent.Great fun.Roll on September.
