Well some of them came from Glasgow, and some of them fae Troon
Some of them came fae auld Bellshill and the rest from Overtoon
The pipers came fae bonnie Dundee fae the banks o the Solway Firth
but the braw braw lads in the braw braw kilts were the lads o the 51st

From the hills of Bonnie Scotland to the shores of Normandy
those brave young lads went marching on with their pipes playing merrily
we`ll drink a toast to all out boys, they were the finest ever seen
and they marched right on to Berlin, with their tartans of Orange and Green
Well Ireland gave us Monty...??

Next verse anyone..?
