You asked about Lancaster. If you want some instrumental sessions try the Gregson centre, Tuesdays for Irish and Thursdays for everything else. We love strange instruments at the Thursday session, but don't expect things to start much before 9.30 in the evening. And if you're into the Morris John O' Gaunt is looking for new dancers....
