The bear song and many more fun songs were written and performed by Larry "Uncle Smoky" Clark. He recorded it at Roade Recording in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1982 and sold under the RCA label. The album title is: "Uncle Smoky Sings Fun Songs for the Summer Crowd."
