I would like to point out to whoever FOLKMAN is that I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO KEEP ORPINGTON FOLK CLUB ALIVE. We have a very active committee and we all work as one. The acts are booked by me but only after consideration from the remainder of the Committee. We try to work as a team. Statements like that can and do cause considerable tension between people and I will not allow that to happen. I am only sorry It took so long for this to come to my attention.I reiteratate Orpington Folk Club Committee work as a team and as such they all deserve the plaudites. Namely: Steve Jennings, Ted Handley, Ivan North and Ann Halford. We have a good club and it is evident that someone or Some people are trying to dismantle it. It will not Work
