Crapital punishment's no bloody good, once you're dead you don't feel a thing. This kill the kids out of spite happens a lot. Seal the buggers in a one- way glass capsule, naked, in public, with a big label detailing the crime. We can see in, they can't see out. Soundproofed. Keep them on whatever minimum rations will keep them alive for the full three score and ten.
