If two people place a sniper with the same provider of 50.00 on an item, whoever placed the sniper first gets the advantage.

Each company set their snipers at different times, for example some are 10 seconds, some six and some 2 seconds. Whichever one reaches ebay first is logged as the highest bidder. If your the second highest bidder, a message goes to your email address from your sniper provider to let you know you were outbid. Sadly you get it after the auction is over.
