Hello Carolyn LOL...WAY back at the beginning of this thread someone mentioned Ocean State as a possible supply source. I drove from from Maynard,MA to the Cape..Boston..Springfield...Hartford and back and purchased as many jars as Ocean State had. E-bay was great but...this link has been even more fun. Sorcha, ClairBear, SF Bill, wonderful work on Faux Sauce. These recipes WILL be refined in case this situation ever happens again. I know that I'll continue to "watch" and see any and all comments concerning refinements of the recipes. So, now that Woody's is coming back, how do I explain to my wife, at X-mas, the alligator and armadillo parts I requested from the Louisianna and Texas Highway departments ?
