Plance to stay: well, I would suggest that if this is your first time you stay in the French Quarter, since you'll be walking distance from lots of fun places to explore and eat at. You have so little time there (and some of it has to be spent in sleeping) that you'll probably only have time for one or two meals there. A bit more information, pleae: are you looking for restaurants that are funky casual? Old South elegant and expensive? What kind of music do you like? Do you have time for/want to do any shopping? By the way, Poppagator, I'm in New Orleans December 17-24. Coffee??
