Returned from Eisteddfod-NY Festival after closing concert . This year the attendance was better. The artists were all exceptional, and they seemed relaxed and were all easy going. It is something when you see the festival performers joining the audience after their workshop or concert set. They clearly respected and learned from each other. For many, it was a reunion with old friends and it also provided a meeting with new talents. A good number of people from the Boston area were there as well as some from DC and NJ. My workshop went very well and the time went all too fast. I was able to attend a number of excellent workshops & learned a lot. On Monday morning I probably will have forgotten it all.
Jerry, Heather, Don and the others responsible tor putting all this together did an exceptional job. -- honest. There were many highlights for me. I may mention a few in my next e-mail. Now I must get my feet up and get some rest. Howard
