Definitely worth circulating a pic (however bad) to all the music shops that you can think of. I know for a fact that all the ones I contacted after my guitar was stolen, were only too happy to keep an E Mail with a picture on file.
Without exception, all the people I spoke to (being mainly musos themselves) would move heaven and earth to reclaim stolen instruments.
In a way it's going to be harder to "fence" a Tina, as they are relatively rare, and anyone interested would probably have heard that there was a dodgy one doing the rounds.
