I'm with Geordie, not sure of the Boars Head carol though, I only know the Boars Head as the local in Andy's village! I'd put Mike Harding's song first. My children used to sing a song when they were in primary school called 'Wind through the Olive trees' really liked that. And I'd add The Holly and the Ivy.
