Since Ralph asks so politely, my name is Derek Brinkley. I will be happy to supply my address to Jim, so he can come and throw stones at my windows should he choose. Actually, of course, he won't because he is, as I said in the original posting (for the benefit of those who choose to read only every fourth word) a really nice bloke. I don't feel any need to advertise my next performance since I have never criticised Jim as a performer (again to go back to the original posting); I criticised his material. I still do. However, since criticism is clearly not acceptable to some people in Mudcat I will depart and allow them to run as many mutual appreciation societies as they wish. Till seven long years are past and over...
