First 45 rpm was probably "26 Miles" by the Four Preps. First 33 rpm was probably the Kingston Trio's First Album. Before that I had to get by on either things my folks bought me (Burl Ives) or things I borrowed from my brothers (The Weavers). I don't have any of the records any more (disappeared in the purge of '97) and I don't play 26 Miles any more, but I do occasionally play some of the Burl Ives, Weavers and Seeger songs from those early albums. I keep getting annoying red lines under my words - like I cant spell
