I remember Sally Rogers well in that town, and also Carrie Potter and her BOSOM BUDDIES 4-female stringband singing up a storm in East Lansing. But in all the times I played my music at the Ten Pound Fiddle through the years, I never ran into Sally Potter. More power to her. Whatever book they use, or CDs they listen to to help them find the songs, more power to them!! I've nothing but wonderful memories of the music in that town. Well deserved, and a nice article...
