Hello, I've just come across this website whilst searching for the correct words for this beautiful song.
For all those who love Irish music, you will surely want to add this CD to your collection. The one I own is produced under the Excelsior label, # EXM2 2694.

This is a great hand clapping, foot stomping group of songs put together in 14 (4.5min)medleys. The only thing missing is a Sing-a-long sheet. ... I'm currently trying to put one together for my own enjoyment as well as the possibility of using it to entertain at local Senior's Care Facilities. ... I'm also the Director of a 20 person Glee Club with piano back-up. We sing no sad songs.
I should mention I am NOT Irish myself but, I am married to one of the sweetest colleens from Ballymagroarty this past 52 yrs. BallyM is a wee hamlet on the NE corner of Derry. As for me? I originate from the Isle of Wight but, I always knew I wanted to marry an Irish girl ... I have never regretted my choice.
