TheGooseIsOut! Special St George's Day evening in SE22! (22) Special St George's Day evening in SE22! 02 Apr 08

The Goose Is Out! will be hosting a special St George's Day evening upstairs @ edt at the East Dulwich Tavern (Goose Green) on Wednesday 23 April!

Come and celebrate all aspects of England - new and old.

Singalonga Folk2Future (The Goose's Big Chill DJs) with well known songs - from Waterloo Sunset via Knees Up Mother Brown to - oh, lots of singalong folkie stuff too, of course!

AND we also have a live set from some very special mystery guests, who play mediaeval instruments such as the crumhorn in a way we can guarantee you won't have come across before (unless of course you have seen our mystery guests before ...... )

The Goose doors will open as usual at 7pm with DJing from Folk2Future.

The singalong and live music from They Who Cannot Be Named (erm no, that's not actually their name) will be from 8-11pm, and food and drink will be available throughout the evening.

Advance tickets are only £4 (£3 concessions) either direct from the edt (at the bar or phone 020 8693 1316) or online via our website
www.thegooseisout.com

If available, tickets will also be sold at the door on the night at £5/4.

Please see our website for more information about the Goose and the evening!

We think this is going to be a really fun night so hope to see lots of you there !

Oh and we promise not to embarrass anyone by forcing them to sing - you are very welcome to come and just listen :)
