(not claimed by Hamas) Hamas in control should have stopped the militants within Gaza from firing rockets, instead they actively supported them behind the cover of the official Hamas ceasefire, and in doing so made themselves targets for reprisal and assassination. Surely Did they didn't expect Israel to just sit back and take it - for how long?
