I tried JohnInKansas' suggestion of running Symantec Security Check but this only resulted a Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005' - Invalid procedure call or argument: 'CBool'

Is this a fault at the server or client end of the session, and what needs to be done to rectify the problem?
