This is an English rugby song adapted to include Australian quirks (Geelong Grammar, etc.) The chorus, as I remember goes:

Craven A had never heard of fornication,
Craven A had never dipped his tool,
Craven A was quite content with masturbation,
Thought a cunt was something you were called at school.

I have no idea what the original melody was, but the lyrics fit very well with 'Casey Jones'.

Incidentally, 'The Lady of the Manor' lyrics fit well with the melody to 'Ghost Riders in the Sky'. Try it!
