If we're now talking about English fiddle then I have to cite Paul Burgess and Floss Headford (both of the Old Swan Band) as being my idea of the epitome of English fiddle - dignified but with dirt under it's fingernails. I don't have the academic knowledge to assert that it's authentic but it sounds and feels right. So exciting - I love it. Hi 'Liza - you're not bad either. Need a melodeon player?? Martin
