I agree with Les from Hull about the recording boxes - also using iplayer and the channel 4 equivalent, I can set TV around my life. As a result we watch less TV overall but what we do watch is what we want to watch. My girlfriend's colleagues couldnt believe that we dont have a TV in the bedroom, and therefore dont watch tv before bed, yet at the same time a lot of them complained about not being able to sleep - they all failed to recognise the link between the sleep problems and watching TV.
