Hi, "Total Recorder" is an excellent & very inexpensive recorder. I use it to record "Listen again" radio shows & streaming audio. Just open it up, hit record & it records whatever is playing through your sound card.
Sound Forge is a great programme, but a lot more comlicated if all you want to do is record audio from You Tube.
