The reason I contacted Joe O. is that I was thinking about performing this one in public, and I wanted to be sure of it's origins. W & L swing is PD, and I won't worry about Bob Shelton/Joe Shelton/Sid Robin copyright since I'll use the Nelstone's lyrics only. I also wanted to make sure that it was a pre-1930 number because of where I'd be performing it. Wasn't trying to one up the Great Joe O.! Joe R.
