I too listened to the radio 4 interview, but I thought that she carried it off quite well!
She refused to be drawn past her own limmits and even told the interviewer that it didn't matter how many times he rephrased his question the answer would be the same. Her put down of "I actually heard it first on Sky" left the interviewer spluttering.

It's not what Brown does so much as the way he does it. He needs to take the lead and stand by his decision rather than listen to all the focus groups and fudge a collective decision.

However I too think the days of Labour are numbered. Sad really!
