Farnham Maltings is a great venue; I'd recommend it.

I live in Walthamstow, as far the other side of London as it's possible to get but I stole myself to venture to Farnham the other week to see the Warsaw Village Band (one of their few UK dates).

I wasn't disapointed; apart from the venue being comfy and welcoming, the woman manning the box office phone has to be the most happy woman ever.

Moreover the trains run fairly late (last direct one at about 11 and a later one at 11:28 (change at Woking)); and they're new trains...
...with working toilets (very important after an evening out).

There are a couple of great pubs on the way from the station to the Maltings too.

Please all rush to buy tickets.
