Just back and rested a while!

Devon was grand!
The weather, hot and sunny - like all the missed-summer
forced itself into the one week.
Sunburnt on Dartmoor, T-shirt-order walks in Plymouth (Harbour n Hoe)
- same on cliff tops and beaches of N Devon - sweltered!
Promotional appearances all fruitful!
Grand company at each successive place...
Thanks Tom & Barbara for your hospitality and company.
Got a bit worried arriving in your venue by the shiney pole (for obvious dancing, the use of!) - I didn't use it!
Neither did anyone else - phew!
Great club you have there (despite a lower attendance, this week, than normal) twas still a vibrant singing club - and friendly...
just like all the Devon venues I was lucky enough to play at this past week.
Bideford - full of grand singers/singing/smiling....
Folk on the Moor... once again, fab club and folk!
They sure took to m'choruses at Lee Mill!
Big thanks to Ben & Graham and the regulars there!
Thanks to all that put me up, put up with me!!!

Sold CDs, got firm club (proper) bookings - and at least one fest!
Stayed at some great places with some fab folk - met loads of good folks - and heard some crackin' singing n playing down there.
Gotta go back soon!
Even finally managed a DRAW at drafts with Nic!!! - after tons of thrashings from him at doms/chess/any games!!! - over the past few years!
Success, then!!!
Cheers, Dunc
