Hi Barbara and everyone in the same boat. I have not, as yet, received a reply to my letter sent to Events Office. However I have found out that if you paid for your tickets by credit card there maybe a way that the credit card company will refund the money and then chase the company that should have provided the service - in this case The Events Office. I feel very sorry for the organisers that this situation has arisen but I do strongly feel that they should have been posting updates on their web site so that we would know what was happening and not leaving us in the dark so to speak.
