For a nice variety try the following :- folk radio http://www.folkradio.co.uk/ Colum Sands on Radio Ulster (Avaialble on BBC IPlayer) Genevieve Tudor on Radio Shropshire (BBC Radio listen again ) The Radio 2 Mike Harding show is fine. I think the lack of variety might be to do with only having a 1 hour slot whereas the other BBC ones that I mentioned above get 2 hours of play-time. Folk radio plays endlessly and isn't really a radio programme at all. Its really a giant compilation of all the artists CDs. The good news is that it has a wide range of English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh artists (well one Welsh band anyway though I think one of the girls is antipodean ... ). Jiggers
