Get regular meter readings (take them yourself) Write to them stating your readings and pointing out their error. Was the house empty during this period for holiday? Let them know, that if you do not get satisfaction (or a reasonable explanation of why you are wrong), you will escalate it to the Regulator! Be nice ...... and best of luck!
