Recently flew out of a UK airport and when checking through Security I was told that the pair of spoons in my fiddle case could not travel in the cabin as they were considered a hazardous item! I've checked since and I can understand knives and forks - but spoons? On the way home I was told that spoons were OK so perhaps it was a jobsworth that I encountered.
