I had the pleasure of working with Jake on numerous occasions, a wonderful talent and a gentleman. On one gig when I did the support, we were backstage and I asked Jake, "How would you like me to introduce you?" Jake said, "Just say… Jake Thackray, and get me on, I hate this bit, I just need to get on and then I'll be alright". A true talent and sadly missed.
