Hi Linda, I hope i've got the right person. I was friends with a couple called Pat and Christy Cooney back in the 70s during the folk days in Melbourne. At that time, i used to see the Bushwackers play in Dan O'Connells pub and infact the bushwackers stayed in my mum's house when they toured Ireland. My brother Patrick is eagerly trying to contact Pat, as he was a close friend over 30 years ago. Assuming i've got the right people, do you know how i can contact Pat or anyone who might know of her whereabouts? Christy may remember the Lane brothers from Ireland: Aiden, Patrick and Colm, from those early folk days in Fitzroy street, Melbourne.
