I shared an office once with a guy named Sheffield....also I used to teach at a cullinary school so probably any number of my students are in the Chef Field. A horrible and totally extraneous thought: this Christmas, I forsee an advertisement featuring a number of lads on the phone to each other bawling,"WASSSSSSAIL!"Perhaps they are wearing Dickensian top hats. Backwards.
