I am a musician from Cleveland (www.colindussault.com) and my Grandfather's Uncle (I think that is right) might possibly have been the Phil Barker referred to in this post. I have many pieces of his sheet music and several of his Decca label 78's that came into my possession upon my Grandfathers' passing.

I am very interested in learning more about your knowledge of Phil Barker and I will gladly share with you what I have here in my personal collection.
