Cats rarely do what you want them to do anyway. Last night, the two lads raced around the house, bowled each other over, engaged in stair races, meddled with the Christmas tree every chance they got, and tried to hook lobster shells out of the supper table shell bucket. All action!

But today - today! When I have been gifted with a beautiful little video camera that I'm dying to play with, neither feline is inclined to move at all, instead, snoring away on various bits of furniture, and when prodded, only willing to open one eye and yawn!

Husband is no better, having moved from table to couch two or three times and otherwise as moribund as the cats!
