I use some software called Aimersoft DVD Converter. The programme can convert DVD into a variety of file formats such as MP4, AVI, MP3 etc and has features such as trim, crop and colour effect. I usually do my editing before conversion using a DVD player and DVD recorder to get my clips the way I want them. I find editing away from the computer using a TV, DVD & DVDR to be a better option. I convert all my clips into MP4 format. Check out MerseysideVideos on You Tube to see the quality. MV
