I have been disappointed as still waiting for four tickets to be refunded. promised this in January but nothing has happenned. no reply to emails. I was ok about waiting for the event in 2009 and having sympathy with the organisers but now feel have been duped. The telephone line is not taking incoming calls either! I will be contacting trading standards to see if theres anything can be done. Is there an action group on this? please let me know.
