I boil brats in beer with onion, garlic, pepper etc... and then I smoke them low for a pretty long time. I then take the onions and all out of the beer and sautee them in butter, worchestire sauce and lemon juice to use on the brats. I use hickory to smoke the brats. man it is good. |
