Also, most years (including this coming summer) I teach a pre-war blues fiddle class at Centrum's Country Blues Week in Port Townsend, Washington. This is a wonderful place for anyone with an interest in acoustic blues. It's fairly small, fantastic faculty, very friendly community, players at every level, in an extremely beautiful place. All different styles of acoustic blues guitar, and piano, harmonica, fiddle, mandolin (this year there are 4 blues mandolin teachers!), vocals (including blues singing and gospel choir), and I have probably forgotten something....Faculty is too large to list here but includes Corey Harris (the new artistic director, taking over from Phil Wiggins who will be teaching harmonica), Del Rey, Lightning Wells, John Dee Holeman, Alvin Youngblood Hart, Rich DelGrosso, Steve James, Daryl Davis, etc.
