What shouldn't be underestimated is the sheer pleasure it gives some of us baiting 1954 protagonists. What unpleasant people some of us must be, or play at being when they're on the Internet. I've repeatedly pointed out the logical holes in 1954 Good for you - I wish I'd been there. Perhaps you could try doing it on Mudcat. You can't have it both ways - you can ask questions and take note of the answers, or you can wind people up and run away. Up to you really.
