Herbal tea - Sainsburys' Cranberry, raspberry and strawberry tea bags. No caffeine, no GM, tastes as good hot as cold and it's not got any added sweetners or sugars in... I use sweeteners (no pudgy points, huzzah!) to sweeten to taste. Plus my standard default mug holds about a pint of tea, so I'm getting enough liquids which help with the general flush. LTS
