Jacob -- I would have heard it in the Philadelphia area, and I was quite young, 11 or 12, which would make it 1971 or 72. I THINK the station may have been one of the original "Magic" stations, WMGK or WMGQ, which later morphed into "soft rock" but at the time played a lot of folk. Yeah, it's been itching at me, too, wmk. I heard it once on a Princeton, NJ folk program as well. thanks for the verse.
